Yes, as a Mashreq NEO BIZ customer you can send money to any bank account over IBAN, bank account number or via their Raast ID.

No, you don’t need to add a payee (beneficiary) if there is a one-off transaction. You can proceed to ‘Send money’ tab and transfer fund.
However, for your future ease, it will be helpful to add payee once for all recurrent/ repeat payments.

On the pay tab, click on ‘Manage payees’ and the proceed to ‘Add payee’.

No, there are no hidden fees. All applicable charges are clearly displayed on the transaction review screen before you authorise any payment.

Yes. Upon completing a successful transfer, you will have the option to download or share a payment receipt directly from the app.

The bank sets the maximum limits for the number and values of daily and monthly transactions according to the bank’s risk assessment.
Depending on the level of account, the transfer limits corroborate with the applicable regulatory limits. For a full-fledged account, the daily limit is set at PKR 30 million. Customers can set the limits for Funds transfer and bill payments from Mashreq Biz Pakistan App by going to ‘More > Limit.
