Monthly Average Balance is the average balance maintained in your eligible account(s) during a calendar month. Your Monthly Average Balance for one calendar month determines your cashback eligibility for the following calendar month. Example: If your eligible Monthly Average Balance during January is PKR 100,000 or more, you will become eligible for cashback during February.

You must maintain a Monthly Average Balance of at least PKR 100,000 across your eligible account(s). Maintaining PKR 100,000 on only one day does not necessarily mean that your Monthly Average Balance for the entire applicable period will be PKR 100,000. Your average balance will be calculated on the daily balance you hold divided by the number of days in the month. Example: If your calculated Monthly Average Balance for January is: • PKR 100,000: You will be eligible in February. • PKR 99,999: You will not be eligible in February.

Your eligibility starts in the calendar month following the month in which you meet the PKR 100,000 Monthly Average Balance requirement. Example: If you maintain the required Monthly Average Balance during March, your cashback eligibility will start in April.

If your first eligible account is opened during a calendar month, your Monthly Average Balance will be assessed from the account-opening date until the last day of that calendar month. If you meet the required Monthly Average Balance during that period, you will become eligible for cashback in the following month. Example: You open an eligible account on 15 January and maintain the required PKR 100,000 Monthly Average Balance from 15 January until 31 January. You will become eligible for cashback in February.
